Grape Street - 4/7/06
One of my dreams finally came true - Dave Devlin finally got to play at Grape Street again, after playing at its former location years before. However, he got an early time slot and only got to play in front of a decent-sized group of supporters. That said, Dave and the band sounded as good as I had ever heard them and they filled out the stage; for that set, it was theirs. If it leads to more gigs there and Grape Street even ends up being the location for his new album's release party, it will be remembered as a performance that kick-started his return to local prominence.
