Squeezing Out The Best of MOW

The first benefit of Mouth Of Wilson's exposure in the Emergenza Festival was their first appearance at Grape Street. The setting allowed for the best live MOW yet. Being part of local radio station WMMR's Tuesday Night Rock show gave them mentions on the station and the opportunity to meet station personalities. The crown jewel of Philadelphia local-friendly venues treated them right and respected their talent, giving them a comfortable stage to shine on. It was great to return there, even if it was a work night. Less family and friends came along, as many of them (including the band members themselves) had to work the next day. Still, it was a very good turnout. Not to forget the other bands there that night, the impressive Tommy Eichmann and Buddahead. Hopefully this performance leads to more regular gigs there.
