North Star Bar - 7/14/05

Taking Care Of Business

Fans had another work night date with Mouth Of Wilson but this time the band returned to the North Star Bar, the site of their surprising victory in the second round of the Emergenza Fest. That performance certainly helped them to book the venue. The sound was not quite as good as it was then, but MOW plugged along anyway. Less family and friends came this time, but the hardcore fans were there, including myself. More important than seeing the short set or even finally taking pictures at this venue was talking to their manager and producer and getting a better idea of where the band was regarding their upcoming EP and accompanying press kit. This interest in behind-the-scenes activity will lead me closer to where I want the Project to go.
