The Future 86 Has Arrived
The band formally known as Pretty Suicide returned to their home-away-from-home, John and Peter's, and rocked the house the same as always. The cold weather kept the crowd down, allowing more intimacy than ever. New disks tossed around, the celebration of the music continued. Less covers, a trend to the self-made material. Tons of pictures and a bit of hoofing followed. A band friendship expanding, not quite up to After-Party status, which happens to be new disk title. Try next time, April 8th. Obtaining first album soon. Now join Dave Devlin, Rich Cox, and These Crowded Streets. Hope to add Stang and Blue Sinatra. The first colored artist portrait will now be mounted inside J&P. (Note: this was last time I saw Vache performing with the group.)
