The 449 Room - 12/8/05
I finally saw Mouth Of Wilson in downtown Trenton. They have played at the Conduit (which I have not been to yet) but this time they were at the 449 Room next door opening for the Churchills. They at last introduced a new original song, "Not In Vain", written by Simon. It was strange to be able to see an intersection, and the traffic going by, through the window directly behind the group; the band noticed this as well. Simon sat in front of the window and remarked that it felt like he was going to be hit a few times. This time they played the entire show as a five piece, leaving me to wonder if they want to stay as one. Good thing the scheduled snowstorm was delayed; I had plenty of time to hang out and figure out how to get home.
